Training objectives | • Understand the elements of good wellbeing • Understand what mindfulness is and what it isn’t • Know how to practice mindfulness personally • Be aware of what resources are available for further learning Feedback includes: - One word is not enough to convey how I felt about the experience - a fantastic taster session - I would love to learn more - Excellent - really useful and made it simple to understand with practical exercises that worked. I'd definitely recommend it. - I will use it to help my students especially to tackle exam pressures - Good mix of science, practice and concepts - demos were useful and engaging - I now understand that it is important to develop own practice first. I am very keen that I do take mindfulness into the school as part of our new PSHE curriculum - Feeling less stressed and been able to keep things in perspective |
