Introduction to Job Coaching

Event description A basic overview of how to support people with disabilities entering the world of work. This course draws on TSI (Training in Systematic Instruction) to give staff a basic framework for providing professional support and creating a relationship so that learners have the best chance of success. Open discussions, group work, case studies and exercises will give frontline staff the skills they need to empower learners.

This session will run as an interactive Zoom session. Confirmed delegates will be e-mailed the link 24 hours prior to the session. Please ensure you are able to access Zoom at least 1 hour prior to the session. Please note that Zoom courses are not recorded.
