Event description SIMS Personnel introduces delegates to the maintenance of the staff module. Suitable for SIMS database users who are required to add and maintain Staff records and/or are responsible for School Workforce Census

Delegates should be confident in the use of a computer, have a working knowledge of Personnel Processes/Terms and Conditions and have used SIMS .net for at least 1 month. This course would not be suitable for a member of staff who has never used SIMS

Add/edit all personal details

Add/edit professional fields

Add/edit contracts

Add/edit absences

Maintain pay and contract related data

Produce predefined reports

Delegates will learn how to keep accurate staff records to support other areas of SIMS such as Pastoral Structure, Curriculum, FMS and Statutory School Workforce Census
