Developing effective school self evaluation and improvement plans under the new inspection framework

The Improvement Team is offering an opportunity for Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers and a Governor representative to come together to review their approaches to improvement planning and school self evaluation, support and advice will be given to devise a robust and measurable School Improvement Plan and Self Evaluation Form.
Delegates should bring: current SEF, SDP, most recent ofsted report and a copy of the most recent Ofsted inspection handbook.

PLEASE NOTE: This event is NOT part of the Governor Training Package, Governors will need authorisation from the school for the event charge of £165.

* Deepen understanding of effective processes to evaluate your school.
*Explore a new suite of materials that are aimed at supporting accurate self evaluation and whole school strategic planning.
