Event description | This one day workshop is designed to give an overview of the whole Supported Employment process. It is suitable for staff who deliver the model as well as managers and decision makers interested in commissioning. The course uses a wide range of training techniques including presentations, role play, discussions, exercises and case studies. It will show you why the model works, how to support people with disabilities into employment and how to take the support away ensuring that they become valued and integrated members of the workforce. This session will run as an interactive Zoom session. Confirmed delegates will be e-mailed the link 24 hours prior to the session. Please ensure you are able to access Zoom at least 1 hour prior to the session. Please note that Zoom courses are not recorded.
